The lowest layer of Artificial Intelligence is already running. No human knows how it works. All humans at Google Facebook Apple and Amazon, inclusive the board of directors will loose their jobs when the newly created intelligence -they have instigated-, gradually takes over control.

Kesilir Juli 1942-Sept 1943 Rapport van de Leider der Kolonisatie JG Wackwitz.pdf
Verslag over het Japanse concentratiekamp Kesilir in een moeras op Java met daarin de overlijdensakte van mijn grootvader Gerardus Anthonius Meddens (1891-1943) als voorbeeld. Kesilir is ook aangehaald in 'Het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden in de Tweede Wereldoorlog'. Foto's rondleidng en overdracht van één van de grootste olieraffinaderijen in de wereld  aan de Japanse admiraliteit.  G.A.Meddens (1891-1943) was de directeur van de olievatenfabriek in Balikpapan.

De Bataafse oliemaatschappij bouwde voor employees van de olieraffinaderij van Balipapan (Kalimantan Indonesië ) huizen in de typisch Holland-Indische Stijl. Enkele van deze huizen zijn als monument bewaard gebleven in het Dahor Heritage project. Het woonhuis van Gerardus Anthonius Meddens (1891-1943) in Balikpapan is ook op een film uit 1937 te zien.

Electronics

Programming the low cost CY7C68013A development board. A low cost USBi interface to be used with Sigmastudio for  programming the Analog Devices DSP IC' s. Solved.

A crisp OLED display for the Yuan Jing PGA2311 volume control preamp. The Winstar WEH1602A proved to be a drop-in replacement after altering the jumpers on the backplane. Also some improvements to the ground path of the PGA2311 after adding a separate 5V power supply for the digital section.

USB to midi interface.jpg. The cheap Aliexpress USB to Midi interface can be brought up to the electronical mark by adding an optocoupler ( 6N137 ),  and a 10 µF capacitor  to the power line. Too bad, that SysEx  is not supported by this interface :-(.

One day, an engineer stepped gingerly into the entry way of my office and asked, "Bob, do you have a Siliconix catalog?" I replied, "Sean ... you're standing on it." He looked down and, indeed, he was. He was impressed. But I knew right where it was, because I had recently tossed it over by the doorway so I could then put it in the bookcase by the door.
